    <title>Hv3: A nice up and coming light-weight web browser</title>

    <summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I was recently looking around for a new light-weight web browser to possibly replace dillo on my laptop and I stumbled upon <a rel="external" href="http://tkhtml.tcl.tk/hv3.html" title="Hv3">Hv3 (Html Viewer 3)</a>, a small Tcl/Tk browser powered by Tkhtml3.</p>
<p>I played around with it for awhile today and I have to say that I found it to be fairly decent despite the fact that it is still in its alpha stage. I am definitely going to keep my eye on Hv3 as I would love to see what the future has in store for it.</p>
<p>It is worth taking a look at and I am interested in hearing your experience and/or opinion regarding this browser.</p>
