Dries Buytaert has announced the formation of the Drupal Association, a non-profit organization designed to manage the Drupal project's funding, promotion, and infrastructure.

This is definitely a step forward for the Drupal community and Dries has stated that he plans on unveiling some of his bigger plans regarding this new venture in the near future.

With the release of Drupal 5.0, I have decided it was time to dump WordPress on this site.
